The XTX Creative Exclusive Partner Program rewards individuals who recognize opportunities to connect established businesses with the professional website design and digital marketing services they need to grow.
As an Exclusive Referral Partner, you’ll earn 20% of the website development fee when a qualified referral becomes a paying client.
There are no reciprocal referral obligations, service delivery responsibilities, or ongoing client management requirements. You make the introduction, and I’ll handle everything from there.

Whether they need a new business website, a sophisticated WooCommerce store, or a more complex development project, they know what they want to accomplish and are prepared to invest in making it happen.

Participating in the Exclusive Partner Program is simple.
- Join the Partner Program. Participation is by invitation only, with membership limited to 12 active referral partners.
- Identify a qualified opportunity. Connect with an established business that needs professional website development and has expressed genuine interest in moving forward.
- Make the introduction. Introduce the prospective client to XTX Creative with their permission. I'll evaluate their needs, discuss the project, and determine whether we're a good fit.
- Let me take it from there. I'll handle the consultation, proposal, project development, and ongoing client relationship. You won't be responsible for selling or delivering services.
- Earn your commission. When your referral becomes a paying website development client, you'll receive 20% of the eligible development fee, subject to the Partner Program Terms & Conditions.

Your commission is based on the website development fee collected for each qualifying project.

I’m intentionally limiting the Exclusive Partner Program to 12 active members.
Rather than building a large referral network, I want to develop professional relationships with a select group of individuals who understand the kinds of businesses XTX Creative serves.
Exclusive Partners are expected to submit at least one qualified referral per calendar quarter.
New partners have two full calendar quarters to submit their first qualified referral. Once they’ve submitted their first qualified referral, they may go up to two consecutive quarters without another referral before becoming eligible for reclassification after a third consecutive inactive quarter.
Partners who don’t meet the activity requirements transition to the General Referral Program, where they can continue earning 10% commissions without quarterly activity requirements.
The goal is simple: maintain an active, productive network while preserving valuable professional relationships.

Participation is by invitation only. I’m looking for individuals and business professionals who have established relationships with business owners and decision-makers who may need professional website development.
The Program is limited to 12 active partners.
Exclusive Referral Partners earn 20% of eligible website development fees collected from successfully referred clients.
For example, a $2,500 Standard website generates a $500 commission, while a $7,500 Enterprise project generates a $1,500 commission.
A qualified referral is an established business with a legitimate website development need, clearly defined objectives, an appropriate budget, and genuine interest in discussing a project.
The prospective client must also authorize the introduction.
No. Your responsibility is to make a qualified introduction.
I’ll handle the consultation, proposal, negotiations, development, and ongoing client relationship.
Exclusive Partners are expected to submit at least one qualified referral per calendar quarter.
New partners have two full calendar quarters to submit their first qualified referral. After their first accepted referral, partners are subject to a three-consecutive-quarter inactivity threshold.
A referral does not need to become a paying client to satisfy the activity requirement.
You’ll be transitioned to XTX Creative’s General Referral Program, where you can continue earning 10% commissions without quarterly activity requirements.
Any previously accepted referrals retain their original 20% commission eligibility.
Commissions are paid within 15 business days after XTX Creative receives and clears the final payment for the qualifying website development project.
No. Commissions apply only to eligible website development fees.
Monthly marketing retainers, SEO services, advertising management, hosting, and other recurring services are excluded.
Absolutely. There’s no limit to the number of qualified referrals you can submit or the total commissions you can earn.
Referral commissions are calculated based on the actual project fee collected by XTX Creative LLC, after any discounts, promotional offers, negotiated reductions, or other pricing adjustments. Commissions are not calculated using published, standard, or originally quoted prices.
XTX Creative LLC retains sole discretion over all project pricing, discounts, and negotiations. Referral Partners are not authorized to offer discounts, modify pricing, or make financial commitments on behalf of XTX Creative LLC without prior written authorization.
Each referral qualifies under only one program.
Exclusive Partners receive the 20% commission rate. General Referral Program participants receive 10%.
No. This is strictly a referral relationship.
You won’t be expected to resell services, manage projects, provide technical support, or participate in reciprocal referrals.
