ZANN Commercial Brokerage

ZANN Commercial Brokerage is a Houston-based, full-service commercial real estate firm founded in 1982. The company provides client representation, project leasing, land brokerage, and investment services across a diverse range of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, medical, and development opportunities.

My role on the ZANN project was focused exclusively on web development. Working from the company’s revised brand guidelines and established visual direction, I translated those standards into a responsive, functional website that maintains consistency with the broader ZANN identity. The project demonstrates my ability to work within an existing design system rather than needing to establish the creative direction myself.

A key component of the development was integrating a third-party commercial property listing platform directly into the website. The embedded system gives visitors access to ZANN’s available inventory while keeping the property-search experience connected to the company’s primary website. The result combines ZANN’s corporate content, brokerage services, team, and active commercial real estate opportunities within a cohesive online presence.
