Senna House Buyers

Senna House Buyers is a Houston-based real estate investment company that has helped local homeowners sell properties since 2012. The company purchases homes directly for cash, including properties requiring extensive repairs or involving situations such as inheritance, foreclosure, debt, or other circumstances where a traditional real estate transaction may not be ideal.

When I took over the website, Senna was operating with a difficult-to-manage Elementor build that had accumulated technical and security issues. I redesigned and redeveloped the site into a cleaner WordPress implementation, creating a more stable foundation for an online presence that plays an important role in generating leads. The new site also had to accommodate substantial service-area and educational content while keeping the primary conversion path—requesting a cash offer—simple and prominent throughout the experience.

Today, I continue to serve as Senna House Buyers’ webmaster and web developer, working alongside the company’s various marketing teams rather than managing its marketing directly. That role includes supporting website changes, landing pages, integrations, and the different CRM and marketing systems used to turn website inquiries into opportunities. The project demonstrates my ability to work within a larger marketing operation while providing the technical continuity needed as agencies, platforms, and strategies change over time.
